Run your agent in a group with your team

It's simple.

Three short tasks and your whole team is chatting with the agent in the same Telegram group.

This is the end-to-end walkthrough most teams want. Each step links out to the dedicated guide if you need more detail — but if you just follow the bold instructions you'll be done in a few minutes.

Five steps, top to bottom

1
Create your agent

If you haven't already, follow Getting Started. You'll have a working SUPERCLAWS agent that responds to your direct messages on Telegram.

2
Turn on group chats

In BotFather, switch off the bot's Group Privacy mode so it can read normal messages in groups. Full instructions: Telegram Group Setup →

3
Add your teammates to the access list

Hermes users: open User Access from the agent's menu. OpenClaw users: have each teammate DM the bot, then approve their pairing code. Full instructions: Multi-User Access →

4
Make a Telegram group

Create a new group in Telegram. Add your bot, then add your teammates. The order doesn't matter.

5
Smoke test — have a teammate say "hi"

Ask one of your teammates (not you) to say something to the agent in the group. The agent should reply normally. You're done.

A teammate's messages get ignored? They're missing from the access list. Go back to step 3 and make sure their Telegram user ID is in there (Hermes) or that you approved their pairing code (OpenClaw).
