Personalize Your Experience
Color Theme
Pick a color preset that fits how you work — light, dark, and branded palettes are available. Your theme applies across the app chrome (navigation, cards, boards) so every surface feels consistent.
- Light and dark — easy on the eyes in any lighting.
- Brand palettes — additional presets when you want more personality than plain monochrome.
- Independent of fonts — changing colors never resets your font choice, and vice versa.
Base Font — 70+ Choices
By default Multify uses Instrument Sans for body text and Krona One for the MULTIFY wordmark and default headings. Prefer something else? Open the font picker in Theme settings and choose from about 70 Google Fonts — Inter, Roboto, Source Sans, Libre Baskerville, and many more.
- Live preview — scroll the list and see each face before you commit.
- Body + headings — your pick becomes the body font; headings follow the same face when you leave the default (the MULTIFY wordmark always stays Krona One).
- Synced everywhere — set it once on the web; desktop and mobile pick it up on your account.
- Fast loads — only the font you're using is downloaded on normal pages; the full catalog loads only on the Settings picker.
Chat Personality Touches
Beyond Theme settings, a few everyday touches help the workspace feel yours:
- Custom chat icons — give important conversations their own icon so they stand out in the history sidebar.
- Project glyphs — chats filed under a Project show that project's color cue in history.
- Pinned chats — pin the threads you return to every day (see Chat).
Mobile Home Screen
On the Multify mobile app you can choose which home experience greets you when you open the app — so your default tab matches how you actually work (chat-first, tasks-first, and so on). Set this in mobile Settings.
